Booking and Payment

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 1 or 2 days before the scheduled shoot. Any cancellations within this period may result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit.

By booking a photoshoot, you grant Edigar Da Silva Photography the right to use the photographs for promotional, artistic, and commercial purposes, as specified in the Model Release section of the agreement. You also confirm that you are an independent contractor and release the photographer from any liability.
